I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Aug 2021
Interview
There were multiple rounds. First was a call with HR, second was a call divided in two parts and had cases based on real world situations + their bread process, third round was 1-1 with vice president of an arm of the business

Question 1
Something you wish you had done differently in college
I only attended the first interview. The HR manager was neither friendly nor unfriendly. It was just a normal screening interview. Only self-introduction and motivation for application were conducted in English, and the rest were conducted in Korean. The HR manager asked questions focusing on my background and history rather than understanding the job itself.
First round all behavioral. Mostly talking about previous experiences, how it applies to AlphaSights, and why AlphaSights is a fit role. Wasn't difficult, but unfortunately did don't get selected for some reason even though I thought it went very well.
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.
