I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AlphaSights (London, England) in Jul 2021
Interview
I had the interview during their Insight Days. Questions about myself, my skills. During the Insight Days, we talked to a range of employees working in different areas if the business. We got to learn about the company and what they do in detail. Lots of professional development. During the interview, you are asked to do a mock call with an expert (which is played by your interviewer). I had a good experience with the interviewer, very calming and helpful.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mock cold-call with an expert. You are asked to contact an expert in an industry which you never contacted before. You are the first point of contact.
Three rounds - first round general competency, second round case study and phone call role play, third round an hour long competency and experience interview with a VP. Third round was a longer and more difficult version of first round. Second round involved one case study with access before, and the second case study was done on the spot.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AlphaSights
Interview
Coffee chat with Alphasights recruiter
One to one interview with recruiter - regular STAR questions, ended up asking about my proficiency in a third language I spoke even though that wasn't what I was recruited for
Interview with VP(?)
3-4 stages, last stage was really unexpected a far more intense behavioural and background interview, wasn't really given any materials from the company. However HR was super helpful whenever I reached out.
