3 rounds - screening, case study, detailed interview with senior leadership. Case study was challenging and very vague, more so about thought process than your findings, given a real problem and asked to find two people and why you chose them, then asked how you’d negotiate, how you’d get them on board etc. final interview was slightly unpleasant. It is very formal and they interviewer does not react in a human like way, feels more like an interrogation. I don’t know why they structure it in this way as it doesn’t give a good impression of leadership. Don’t be off put by this, it’s apparently their interview style. Final round is hard so be prepared, there is another case study style question but you don’t look up someone this time, it’s just off the top of your head what type of person would you recruit. I felt ag times they were trying to catch me out with questions, felt very interrogational. Be very careful at end they will probably ask you how would you best friend describe you and what would they change about you, be careful with latter part as I noticed they wrote down my answer and took it very literally. Be engaged and ask questions at the end.
