First round phone call asking about general questions about AlphaSights and who you are as an applicant, second round is a case study under a timed constraint, third round is mostly behavioral questions with upper management.

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
