They are pretty quick and efficient. First round was behavioral and questions very focused on the company, so I would suggest studying all the material that they send you and do your own search as well. After the first round i was invited to do a language assessment and the same day got an invitation to the second round. Second round its 45 min and its based on a case in which you have to find two experts, situational questions and mock call. Third round was the most chill for me, they really want to get to know you and know your motivations. Received my offer the next day. I would suggest having a current associate to help and make sure you like the job because it comes with a lot of pressure.

Three rounds - first round general competency, second round case study and phone call role play, third round an hour long competency and experience interview with a VP. Third round was a longer and more difficult version of first round. Second round involved one case study with access before, and the second case study was done on the spot.
