After I attended 1-day internship, I was invited for the first interview. They told me that the interview would be in Japanese (50%) and English (50%), but it was mostly in Japanese.
The first step was a behavioral interview with HR which was pretty quick, followed by a case study that I needed to submit after the interview. The study involved composing an email.
