Based off previous experiences, how did you get a client on-board a project that they didn't initially want to participate in?

Pretty simple. Pay close attention to the information pack they give as this outlines most of the work. Other than that just standard behavioural questions. Try and speak to one of the current team members for better idea of day to day work.
