Interview
3 Stages of interview. 1 - HR: quite hostile but I was expecting this type; asked general questions; Joanna seems super nice but just beware the interview style is more competency and less chatty 2- VP: case study interview with written exercise; formatting issues on the exercise took longer than necessary but overall quite enjoyable; team sounded good 3- Global GC - lovely relaxed interview, getting to know each other and tour of the office at the end with a receptionist. All interviews went very well but I didn't receive an offer due to them thinking I was over qualified and unlikely to stay in the position. Having read reviews on a toxic culture I probably just didn't seem the right cultural fit but would have liked to have had a chance to be someone to change that. Still no harm done and would recommend.

Question 1
What are your values? How does this role fit in with your background and how do you see yourself growing within the role? - Note they really want you to have thought through about how and why this role suits you. I also think they want you to ask tough questions related to their culture to make sure you know what's up
Made it through two rounds. Overall very typical; first round was as expected (who you are, why you want to work here, challenges faced, etc). Second round they gave you a case study before hand that you had to complete and then walk through with them in a 1 hr interview.

Interview
The steps consist of a total of three steps.
First Round: Phone interview
Second Round: Case
Third Round: Senior interview
The responsiveness is on the faster side, and expect to get a decision within a few days after each step.
It is smooth, video interview. each question allows you to speak for 1 min. No people around. Before the interview, you have also 1 min to prepare yourself, so you can think before you actually answering the question.
