Interview
After you have applied, they will send you an email to move forward with the process. First round is a personality assessment and recorded responses to questions. You have 72 hours from when you receive the email to go through with the interview. The personality statement was straightforward. They will give you a statement and you say how much you agree/disagree with it. The next assessment will lead you to a website where you have 60 seconds to respond to the questions on the screen with 5 seconds to read the question. You have to option to end your recording early if you do not use up all 60 seconds. There is a test question that they ask so that you can adjust your audio and video settings as needed. They asked me four questions, and the screen at the end said they would take two weeks. I got a response in three days. The questions on Glassdoor were very helpful in preparing for the video assessment.

Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
