Absolutely ridiculous process that I regret even going through. 7 rounds made up of screening calls, case studies, interviews, etc. Each round was essentially the same with very similar questions, just different people smiling in your face and searching for God knows what out of your answers. A decision could be made within 3 conversations max. At the end of the process, 2 months had passed and not having received an offer, it was a massive waste of time and effort for someone on the job hunt. If the interview process is indicative of what the job itself would be like, I'm glad I dodged a bullet. This new age style of dragging candidates along with no respect for their time is a practice that should be thrown out the window ASAP
