Interview
Applied online, 3 days later received email prompt to complete Cangrade personality and AlphaSights (AVA) video assessments. After two weeks sent a follow up email and AS replied to schedule a Google hangout interview. Interview questions were largely behavioral but were tailored to your resume/personal experience and adapted with the conversation.

What compelled you to pursue your education internationally?
You said xxx, give me two examples of something you took from that experience that you hadn't anticipated before.
Provide an example of an uncomfortable workplace situation that you had to address; what did you learn?
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
