Interview
Very specific questions to AlphaSights and took a lot of research/thinking on your feet. They wanted to know information one would only know if they had a direct connection into the company or was extremely familiar with the industry.
AI screening process first with basic behavioral questions. Then a first round interview with a recruiter that was also all behaviorals. Second was a take home case with follow up questions.
Smooth and straightforward, provided clear instructions to questions and the hr was friendly and helpful. But I was being told that the result will come out in around 3-5 days, but I was not informed for over 2 weeks.

Straightforward process that includes a case study and roleplaying exercise. After applying I got an email asking me to do a psychometric test and then was asked to go through a phone screen with a recruiter.
