I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Apr 2021
Interview
There was a phone interview first. Then one technical and one behavioral interview back to back. Those were all virtual and I believe the last stage would be an in-person interview but I didn't get that far so I am not sure. I hated the woman who did my technical interview. She was very rude and off-putting. I was already nervous and when I gave her my answer to the case question she would make me second guess myself and then told me in the end that I was not confident in my answer. Probably the worst interviewer I had. The phone interview was really easy. And the behavioral one wasn't too bad but at that point I already felt awful because it was right after my technical interview.
