The whole process took about a month. They were very efficient and transparent throughout the entire process. First round is a 20-30 minute phone call; mainly questions to make sure you did your homework and understand what AlphaSights is and what you would be doing in the role. Interviewer was very robotic and cold. Second round is an hour long with a manager. I had to do a case study ahead of time. They wanted to make sure I understood value chains and could implement the feedback given to me. After going over the case study, I was then shown a similar question and asked to walk through my thought process. I then did a mock call where the manager pretended to be an expert I was calling. Key is to give a quick pitch on AlphaSights, explain why this connection would be mutually beneficial, and find their availability all while staying professional. I enjoyed this interview much more than the first one. The third and final round was with a senior VP and it was an hour of behavioral questions, sort of drilling me and diving deep into my resume. They never took longer than 3 days to get back to me about moving forward which was great and I really appreciated how quickly it moved.

I only attended the first interview. The HR manager was neither friendly nor unfriendly. It was just a normal screening interview. Only self-introduction and motivation for application were conducted in English, and the rest were conducted in Korean. The HR manager asked questions focusing on my background and history rather than understanding the job itself.
First round all behavioral. Mostly talking about previous experiences, how it applies to AlphaSights, and why AlphaSights is a fit role. Wasn't difficult, but unfortunately did don't get selected for some reason even though I thought it went very well.
