Two days after completing the short application on the website, I recieved an e-mail to complete the following tasks:
1- Video Assessment: 15min to answer 4 questions.
2- Written Motivation Statement: 3 questions to articulate what motivates you.
3- Cangrade: to better understand your prrferred work environment and stylr to evaluate if ur suitable for the vacant position at AlphaSights. It is not timed; howevrr, it shouldn't take more than 15min.

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
