Had an initial screening phone call (via google meet) scheduled, in which I waited for 15 minutes when no one joined. They then called me and asked to reschedule. We spoke the next day - totally scripted conversation and scripted questions from the interviewer's side and total ingenuity. Lasted 10 minutes in which she completely threw me off and asked me to only ask one question in the end because she didn't have much time. Terrible interview experience, showed ZERO interest in me - if they weren't interested in my profile why even schedule an interview??
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception

good, did the digital screen and got selected for next round, hoping that goes well. in the screen they asked some questions about client facing role, time i faced a diffculty etc
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before
