Overall, clear process, great communication and promptness from HR. I had three interviews, the first one was an introductory one with the legal counsel, the second one was a challenging case study with two members of the legal team and the last round was a behavioural interview with the GC. The interviewers were all nice people, I could feel the culture at the company is a great one, questions were not predictable and tested both technical skills and behavioural. I did not like the last round as I felt like the interviewer was not interested in getting to know me, the right candidate had probably already been found at that stage but given the lack of interest, it would have been better if the interview had been cancelled given the effort that had been put in the process. Feedback for rejection was quite short and impersonal, I would have preferred something clearer and more constructive after a month of interviews and time investment, but the feedback was mostly positive.
