They use a online video recording software to do the interview. Nothing special about the questions: introduce yourself, what are you passionate about, etc... The most difficult thing would be get used to talking to your computer and manage to say all you want to say in time.

After filling out a basic application form, was invited for an online "interview" (Take the Interview). Questions were pretty straight-forward, with a time limit for each question, either 30 seconds or one minute to answer with 30 seconds to prepare for each question. Afterwards received an email with an invitation for a face-to-face interview at their office (I have yet to go to this interview).

The questions themselves weren't difficult, but it was difficult to answer the questions in the time frame given, since a lot of them required fairly detailed answers (for example, "Give five examples as to why you are a suitable for this position" to be answered within 60 seconds - without preparation or practice beforehand, would be very difficult to answer on the spot with a timer). Take the time beforehand to prepare!
