I responded to a job posting from Alphanumeric and within 2 days got contacted by an HR rep who gave me the details of the job and asked when I would be available for an interview and if I could complete an assessment online. I was given a list of names, addresses, and codes and was told to copy them within a time limit and accuracy being important. The interview was within the next few days on Skype. She went into detail about the company and the job itself and what it would entail. I was then given a follow up interview the end of that week with the Team Leads of the role. This was also on Skype and they also went into describing the role and company, asking general interview questions, and told me they would send their assessment to the HR rep from my first interview and I would hear back soon.
