I had very quick response to my application. Then I had first interview, they kept it simple, explaned a bit about job specifics, asked about education and experience. Later they send a test. It takes quite long. Later I got positive feedback and they asked to submit my documents ( diploma legal name and so on ). I did. they supposed to check eligibility of documents (mine are differently were eligible). After a week of silence from their side I wrote them email, got answer that they checking documents. One more week passed - no feedback - wrote them back and nobody answered at all. Wrote one more time after another week again no answer. After you spend at least 2 hours of your life to compony and send them you personal information, diploma and so on you expect to have any kind of feedback ( offer or refuse letter). I don't believe it is good approach. And it is kinda strange because I send them januane documents and all was fine but suddenly they just stopped contacting me.
