Interview
The process was simple, but lengthy due to background checks and other formalities aimed at complying with the preposterous paperwork local laws expect companies to fulfill. Initial competence test followed by screening call to explain the scope of the position, salary and working hours. This call is the interview itself.
Thereafter, the process veers in the direction of the local regulations, if you’re not based in the United States. Background checks must be authorised and might take a while to be completed. Once cleared, you go through the onboarding process that might take up to 3 weeks.
