I applied to several Programs not knowing which program I applied with or what product I would be selling. I had to call Kenexa as the system would not work properly. I finally got called for a position and was offered between 3 I did not want, the one I wanted was not available. A few days after I had a phone interview and then came in to interview in person. The interviewer didn't seem like she was interested in me at all, I had to explain what I all did at my former job. She was somewhat uptight and more intent on herself than anything I had to say.

overall interview process was good, I don't encounter any problems, the interviewer was nice, based on my observation, I also think that the employees there were friendly and kind even during the process, even though we were so many in the event, the process was fast, and I don't face any issues

The interview was straightforward. They asked questions about my background and experience, then decided which team I would fit in best with. They also ask about customer service experience to determine which level you would work well in.

Easy, simple and short amount of time. The interviewer is nice and accommodating. But I'm kinda confused if I'll go with my application or not. I'm still undecided going or not so I just here reading for a review!!!!!
