I applied online and got a call a few days later for a phone interview, phone interview was easy just asked basic info about your resume and if you can do the job. After a brief phone interview I was ask to come in for a 1 on 1 with a hiring Mgr. following week. I had a 1 hour interview with a (MGR) from a different dept. and this person really didn't know how the dept. were I would be working works... YIKES!!!! This person read questions off a 4 or 5 page booklet and wrote all answers done as I was talking. I was told to ask any of my questions until the end of my interview. Also this person was hinting that I was overqualified. That is fine, but please just let the applicants know if they are moving forward or not.

overall interview process was good, I don't encounter any problems, the interviewer was nice, based on my observation, I also think that the employees there were friendly and kind even during the process, even though we were so many in the event, the process was fast, and I don't face any issues
