I applied online and received an email to set up an interview. I first did a phone interview, and was told the starting salary for this position was $10 and that was firm. They wanted to make sure people knew that about this position. I was then asked in for an interview. The questions were mainly "Tell me about a time when" type questions. I could tell the interviewer liked me because of my experience and customer service skills. She told me I would hear back very soon. When I got home an hour later, I got a call offering me the position. They didn't waist any time. I accepted.
