The Alta in my area recently had a job fair where they hired over 500 people. (You must apply online also) I walked in did the application and had an interview with a team lead. We hit it off right away and spent several minutes talking and laughing. She then decided that She wanted me to meet with the HR and do a second interview. I would hardly call the meeting with HR a second interview because he basically just confirmed that I was hired and the pay rate was 10 dollars an hour. If you have good people skills then this is not a hard job to get. Answer the questions with confidence and make sure you dress professional. I can not tell you how many people came to this job fair with flip flops and tank tops, pleas look the part and you should do just fine.
