It’s 2025, if as a company you want people to work for you, you should be better with the hiring process. Ghosting in a professional clinical setting is so inappropriate. I had a phone screening with a recruiter and it went well but I didn’t hear anything back even after emailing them twice for a follow up. Very disappointed
