Multiple interviews over a 2 month period cumulating in a final interview with their CMO who admitted within the first few minutes of the conversation that she hadn't even read my resume. Completely unprofessional to have a candidate go through such a long recruitment process and then be interviewed by an Executive who couldn't be bothered to prepare for the 30 minute conversation. She should be ashamed of how unprofessional she is.
