I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Altar'd State (Leesburg, VA) in Dec 2019
Interview
The interview process was very efficient, yet still personable (and during Mid December). I applied via the careers website and received a response via email within 48 hours from the Store Leader. I then completed an online assessment, had a telephone interview with the District Leader and Visual District Leader, and in-person interview with the Store Leader.
Each leader I spoke with asked incredibly relevant questions, the interviews were very conversational I instantly felt a connection with each person I met and spoke with.
