HR questions were vague, related to previous interviews, she couldn't describe the position - Interviewer's questions for the position were some what relevant but also vague. He added more discussion about previous employees and his education than workload. The interviewer was not prepared, questions asked were already answered in the resume, he seemed more in a hurry to hire than discuss my experience. He kept adding on-call responsibilities, not that I would be taking them but must follow up with my personnel on every call.
