I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Altec Industries (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2016
Interview
Fairly simple phone interview, asked only behavioral questions, nothing too challenging, just wanted to see how passionate you are about the job. Also asked a lot about your past experiences and how you think those would help you with being an account manager. If they seem to like you, they will continue forward with another interview with the hiring manager, and then a live meeting with the CEO, Sales Manager and an HR rep just to see if you are right for the job.
