They were unprepared, and unprofessional, but friendly. There was some issues establishing connection from their part. It felt like a messy situation overall and they were winging it. For a firm that has just been bought out and expanding, I expected better.

As it was quite difficult but if one is confident and perfect then it would be easy

The first round interview process went as expected. A simple Zoom interview with some generic questions. Onto the second round, another Zoom interview with more people and more in depth questions about industry and future self.

Interview
I had 3 interviews.
The 1st one was with HR to get an overview about the company, salary expectation and 2nd with two managers to discuss the job description, the team structure, the daily tasks. The 3rd was more like a conversation with the director about me, the company on an overall level and to offer me the job.
