I applied in-person. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Alter Domus
Interview
Grossly negligent application process, with repeated transfers and non-compliance with agreed deadlines for the further process. They leave you in the dark for over 7 weeks and there is no response to emails and phone calls. The only contact is the HR person in Lithuania - highly unreliable. No further contact details of the company given. Very weak presentation of the company. If you treat your customers the same way, you will definitely have problems. My prejudices based on hearsay in Luxembourg have been confirmed. Perhaps HR should not be outsourced, but should be scrapped altogether in this case. Apply elsewhere, there are definitely better alternatives.
