30 minute phone screen with HR + 1 hour interview with department manager. The interview went well and I had good rapport with the manager. I'm not sure why there wasn't an offer, but maybe the hired internally or interviewed someone with a stronger skill set. What annoyed me is their failure to close the loop. They took a lot of my time and effort on the front end, but after the interview there was no follow up. After two weeks of waiting I had to contact the HR representative myself to find out I was no longer under consideration. That shows a lack of respect and decency.
