The process was very straightforward, with no surprises, games, or BS. I believe there were five steps in the process over several weeks, prior to Covid19. From Director, VP, Sales, SC Managers, and HR.

Interview with HR Friendly and professional ( was referred ) Interview with a new female sales manager ( not friendly and eager to cut the interview earlier while she took the zoom already late )… Pretty arrogant in her questions and no real Empathy or listening skills whatsoever .
