Having attended many interviews back to back in my notice period, I would say, Altimetrik is the best that I have attended along with paypal. Other interviews, I found some predefined standard 20 interview questions which anybody can answer , kind of Q&A. But altimetrik was different. I specially would like to mention the first technical interviewers name "Mr. Palani". The choice of question, the way we discussed the technical stuff was really an example for how to pick a candidate for our product need. I myself have interviewed(technical round) more than 200+ candidate, I felt, I really should learn things from Palani in the interview process.
