Applied online and had a phone screening, got asked pretty standard questions although it was my first phone interview so I wasn't very good/prepared. They said they would call me back that afternoon but didn't

There were 3 rounds of interviews, all of which were very thorough. They are very serious about getting the right culture fit, as well as the right people, they only hire the top people. A consultant at Altis is equal to a Senior Consultant elsewhere, so don't be alarmed if you get an offer below your current role. They are working on fixing the titles.
