Altivera Medical Marketing Associate interview questions

The interview process was one phone interview, one in-person interview with the marketing manager, and the final in-person interview with the CEO. The whole process extended over almost a month. Every interview went well until my final. The CEO was 30 minutes late to my interview and spent all of 4 minutes with me. He essentially read me back my resume and belittled my experience. I don't understand how you would even know a person in 4 minutes. I am so disappointed I wasted a month of my time with this company when I was overqualified for the position (they asked for 1 year of marketing experience when I have three years, with more prestiges titles).
