3 rounds of case interviews with fit component. First two rounds with consultants. Final round with more senior team members.
Process was smooth and moved fast. They also gave useful feedback at the end of each interview to help you improve your performance for the next round which is appreciated.

Give an example of something quantitative you've done?
I had an online interview with someone from HR. The person was very formal and didn’t try to make the conversation friendly. There were no small talks or follow-up questions, which made it feel a bit cold. She didn’t introduce herself or say anything about the company, which made the start quite uncomfortable. Overall, it felt more like a list of questions than a real conversation.
