Interview
First a phone screening, then followed by a mini case study and an actual 15-20 pages case study where I had to make no more than five slides and gave a presentation.

Interview
For a firm that prides itself on client-facing advisory work, the interview process didn't reflect the professionalism you'd expect. Expecting consultants to be eloquent and well-put together, unfortunately, the interviewers, who were an MD and a senior ASO, did not possess either of those.
Fyi: for case study, expect to do cash flow modeling for aviation on Excel. Super easy, don't even need to have knowledge about finance or consulting, just need to know how to use Excel and shortcuts.

Interview
Initially interviewed via online assessment. Was very quantitatively focused with emphasis on graphs and international themes. Took about an hour to do 2 different sections. Went on to the FIT interview which was very standard and lasted about 20 minutes. Was able to connect well with the interviewer despite initial technical issues.

Interview
The interviewer is very smart and speaks very fast; be sure to get prepared for that. The process is very standardized (behaviors and cases), and the people are nice. I didn't get passed to the written case interview, but the first two rounds were pretty chill.
