I first got a phone interview from one of the associates, mainly asking some behavior questions. Then I got a case interview which they give me 3 days to prepare a presentation.

The phone interview is more about getting to know about you and your resume. The case interview is more about your ability to read the case and provide solutions.

Applied through career portal, was sent a Pymetrics test a few days later. Afterwards, was contacted for an interview. Interview was alright and consisted partly of behavioral questions. Also talked about some of the research I had done on the airline industry. Afterwards, was contacted that I had not been selected to move forward in the process and was told they could not give any feedback.
