Passion for aviation is highly valued, but equally important is demonstrating that you’re someone others would enjoy working with—be genuine and engaging! Case + Behavioral Interview Led by an Engagement Manager, this round blends behavioral questions with a short case study. The goal is to assess your logical reasoning and familiarity with basic consulting frameworks. Take-Home Case Presentation In the final round, you’ll be given a take-home case study to prepare over a few days and present to the team. Your analytical thinking, presentation skills, and overall presence will all be evaluated.
