Interview
Three round interview process that ranged from 2-4 people, with the final interview being a day in the field. First two interviews consisted of background questions and then behavioral based questions, with the final day consisting of traveling with a sales manager to retail and getting hands-on experience. As you travel to accounts with the interviewing sales manager, they are observing how comfortable you seem with the job and interacting at retail.

There was a hirevue, panel, and then brand-audit process. It had a panel with 2 women which I loved because it is very rare. I recommend practicing for the panel because they accept a certain answer as well.
