I met a couple of people from Altria at a career fair, knew nothing about the company, and had a great conversation with them. Got invited for an interview; first one went amazing. They informed me the next interview would be a panel interview and only last an hour. Well, it was a panel interview but no one told be it was also a case interview. I was incredibly unprepared. Checked all my emails looking for something informing me about this but nothing. 2 of the 3 interviewing me were very cold, didn't talk much and felt I was being judged by them. Other lady was cool.

It was a pretty smooth process. At the end, they gave me a scenario and then 5 minutes to prep a pitch, and then I pitched them and we did a Q&A.
