After talking with other people who have interviewed with Altria, my first round was a lot harder than most. They asked a lot of situational questions, as well as the typical behavioral and get to know you questions. Left the interview feeling pretty drained, be prepared for questions upon questions and be able to justify and back up all of your responses.
Know the tobacco industry, know why you want to work for Altria, be able to give specific examples, and phrase your responses in STAR format.
Called back for second round interview, which should be similar to first round. However there will be a few essays. Altria is great because they give you feedback about what you need to improve on from your first round.
