I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Altria (Richmond, VA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Applied online from the Altria Website. Within a few weeks I was contacted via email by a recruiter to set up a preliminary phone screening (30min). The interview was entirely behavioral. The next day I was called to schedule a second round interview onsite in Richmond the following week. I was contacted the day after the behavioral panel interview notifying me of the offer.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Altria in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview was difficult but I had heard that before hand so I was prepared. They didn't ask a ton of questions but the one's they did were decently complex. I was told I would hear back in about two weeks, but I found out that they took some of the applicants to dinner and didn't phone screen them, and then offered it to one of the girls right after that dinner. They also didn't tell me that I did not get the position until 2 weeks after that, making it a month total since my interview.
I got a good impression from the company after the interview but their behavior after felt a little shady and unprofessional.

Name a time when you used data in your real life to make a decision and explain your process of how you made your decision
I just went into a room with the head recruiter of the company. It was definitely more professional than casual but it was not that bad. He asked about myself and then proceeded with asking the questions. It was around 40 minutes but went by pretty quickly. He did not ask that many follow up questions
