Interview
Begins with a phone screening interview to get to know you. If you pass that part then you are extended an invitation to a pre-screen interview where there are two interviewers. Once you get passed that, then it becomes a panel interview round with three interviewers, usually the two Distract Managers and a Regional Manager. If you get passed that round, then it's a day in the field experience and then they extend (or don't extend) you an offer.
