Interview
First interview was with one of the sales managers. He was extremely unprofessional, showed up 20 minutes late and didn't even apologize. The interviewer asked me for a copy of my resume and made me wait another ten minutes while he read over it and then proceeded to ask me questions only about my resume. I did not want to work for this company after completing this interview.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Altria (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2023
Interview
I met a couple of people from Altria at a career fair, knew nothing about the company, and had a great conversation with them. Got invited for an interview; first one went amazing. They informed me the next interview would be a panel interview and only last an hour. Well, it was a panel interview but no one told be it was also a case interview. I was incredibly unprepared. Checked all my emails looking for something informing me about this but nothing. 2 of the 3 interviewing me were very cold, didn't talk much and felt I was being judged by them. Other lady was cool.
