Interview
This is the second time I interview for Altria and quite honestly I'm disgusted. The first interview was for the internship position and the most recent one is for the full time position. They do a whole bunch of campus recruiting and literally make it seem like Altria is the best company to work for, but they are not. The first interview is a screening, where they ask you to go over your resume and they ask you 2 behavioral questions. Easy and straight forward, except the people I've interviewed with were very unprofessional. While I was interviewing, one of the recruiters threw my resume on the floor! They want to know how you respond and if you are intimidiated. To be honest don't even waste your time, the salary and incentives are good but they make you feel like crap. If this is just how it is when its an interview imagine working for them.

Interview
3 interview rounds - 1 with recruiter, 1 virtual, and 1 virtual panel interview. Took a few months to get an offer. Lots of periods of silence and some people told me it took 6 months or so for the whole process

Question 1
How would you pitch your sales story to this specific client?
First step was to answer screening questions and submit a resume. Second step was a pre recorded interview where you had to record yourself answering several questions and respond in writing about salary expectations.
3 steps - Behavioral, case study, and shadowing a manager. Very casual interview process. Focus on the STAR method and it'll be fine. For the case study you have to sell in a product by influencing the prospect with data and insights they provide
