Interview
Attended an info session at my school. Everyone who attended was given a first round interview. First round interview was with two interviewers and all questions were behavioral. It lasted about 40 minutes. Recruiter contacted me the day after my first round to schedule a second round. Second round was with three interviewers and was also behavioral with a little added role-playing. Most questions in the second round were about experiences in teams, so prepare some good answers. Don't make the same mistake I did by not preparing. If you adequately prepare and have a decent personality, you'll probably get the job. The questions weren't particularly difficult, but they do require preparation if you're a nervous interviewee like me.

Question 1
How would you pitch your sales story to this specific client?
First step was to answer screening questions and submit a resume. Second step was a pre recorded interview where you had to record yourself answering several questions and respond in writing about salary expectations.
3 steps - Behavioral, case study, and shadowing a manager. Very casual interview process. Focus on the STAR method and it'll be fine. For the case study you have to sell in a product by influencing the prospect with data and insights they provide
