I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Altria
Interview
I was contacted about two months after applying and the HR representative gave me a brief overview of both the company and position. He also asked me a few basic questions and then informed me that he would be referring me to the hiring manager for an onsite interview. About two weeks later I had a panel interview with four managers at Altria. The beginning of the interview consisted of just getting to know more about my education and work experience. After that the structure of the interview was heavily behavioral-based. (Tell me a time when XXX happened and what was the result). At the end of the inteview I was informed that they would be interviewing more candidates and that they would get back to me in about 2-3 weeks.
